Terms of Service
By using EnergyTRX you agree to these terms. Effective 2026-05-14.
Acceptance
Creating an account or placing an order means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
EnergyTRX rents TRON energy on demand by delegating it to a TRON address you specify. We operate a custodial deposit model: each user is assigned a unique TRON deposit address that belongs to EnergyTRX and is used to receive your TRX top-ups. Funds credited to your in-platform balance are held custodially by us and applied to your energy orders when you place them. EnergyTRX is NOT a custodian of, and has NO access to, your personal cryptocurrency wallet. Your TronLink, Trust Wallet, Ledger, or any other wallet you use to transfer TRX to your deposit address remains entirely outside our system; we never request, receive, or store its private keys or seed phrases.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your EnergyTRX login credentials safe. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or operational security.
Payments and refunds
Energy orders are paid from your in-platform TRX balance (the balance funded by deposits to your assigned custodial address). If an order fails for any technical reason on our side, the full amount is automatically refunded to your balance. Successful delegations are non-refundable once energy has been delivered to the address you specified.
Your wallet, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security and operation of your personal cryptocurrency wallet, including:
- Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and recovery data;
- Verifying every TRON address you paste before broadcasting a transaction;
- Ensuring the receiver address you specify for energy delivery is correct and activated.
Acceptable use
Do not use EnergyTRX to facilitate sanctioned transactions, money laundering, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity. We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
Our responsibilities and limits
We commit to certain responsibilities and explicitly disclaim others.
What we are responsible for:
- ✓Refunds when we fail to deliver — if your TRX reaches the deposit address we assigned and the energy delivery does not complete because of a fault on our side, the order is automatically refunded to your in-platform balance.
- ✓Protecting custodial address keys — every private key for an EnergyTRX-controlled custodial address is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, never exposed in the admin UI, and stored separately from the master encryption key.
- ✓Maintaining service availability — our infrastructure is monitored 24/7 with automatic failover; we publish incident notices on the site when material outages occur.
What we are NOT responsible for:
- ×TRON network outages, RPC failures, congestion, or any other condition originating on the public blockchain;
- ×User errors — including sending TRX to the wrong address, specifying the wrong receiver wallet, or sending an amount that does not match the displayed order total;
- ×Market price fluctuations between the time you initiate a transfer and the time it confirms on-chain;
- ×Loss, theft, or compromise of your personal wallet, including leaked seed phrases or private keys;
- ×Force majeure events (regulatory action, natural disasters, infrastructure-provider failures, internet outages).
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
