Yes. Enter the recipient's TRON wallet address as the receiver and energy is delivered directly to that address. Your wallet (the buyer) and the receiver wallet can be completely different.

If you send less than the displayed total, the order won't auto-complete — send the remaining TRX to the same address or contact us. If you send more, the excess remains as credit (account flow) or unmatched (Quick Buy); contact support for a refund.

On-chain transactions can't be reversed. Always double-check the destination before sending. If you sent to an address that isn't ours, we can't recover the funds.

Pending orders can be cancelled from the Orders page before energy has been delivered. Once energy is on its way to your wallet, the order can't be cancelled.

Yes, in two cases: a cancelled pending order refunds instantly, and an order that fails on our side after payment is auto-refunded to your balance. Completed deliveries are non-refundable.

TRX only. Energy is a TRON resource and must be paid in TRX; we don't accept USDT, BTC, ETH, fiat, or cards.

Energy itself costs TRX on the TRON network. Accepting USDT would require us to immediately convert to TRX, adding fees. Direct TRX is faster and cheaper for you.

Energy is one of two on-chain resources on TRON (the other is bandwidth). It's consumed whenever you interact with a smart contract — including USDT (TRC-20) transfers. Without energy, your wallet burns TRX instead.

USDT on TRON is a smart-contract token. Every transfer calls the contract, which consumes energy. With enough energy in your wallet, almost no TRX is burned.

About 65,000 energy is enough for a standard transfer to a wallet that has held USDT before. For a wallet that has never held USDT, double that (~130,000) — the first receive costs extra.

Yes. Energy is a TRON-network resource and covers any TRC-20 transfer — USDT, USDC, USDD, and other TRC-20 tokens. The energy doesn't 'know' which contract it's being spent on.

First-time USDT receives consume extra energy because the network creates a new ledger entry on the receiver. Roughly 130,000 energy is needed instead of the usual 65,000 — double the amount. Select 2× in Quick Buy, or purchase 130,000+ via an account.

TRON transactions usually confirm in 3–5 seconds. If yours hasn't confirmed after a few minutes, check the transaction hash on Tronscan to see its status. If the on-chain transfer succeeded but you don't see your energy, contact support.
